Spring Color: YELLOW

Hi Lovelies,

Spring is the season of bloom and its almost here, bringing with her the desire to leave black and grey clothes in our closet and wear new colorful shades which gives a lot of scope for fashion. It’s the time to experiment with edgy trends and colors without fear! So, there’s a trend that is making a stunning appearance: Yellow. From mustard to chartreuse to bright, zingy lemon, yellow ran the gamut in New York. There’s something about this color that can instantly brighten anyone’s day. Personally, I love the way yellow color makes every look so perfect.

But enough of that, let’s talk about what I am wearing here.

For me, it is the perfect top to show the yellow trend as it has cold shoulder sleeves which is also very much in, the fitting is amazing and I feel like it puts out positive energy — we could always use more of that, right?

Whenever I wear a top with a high neck, I like to tie my hair up with a statement earrings to show off the neckline. So, this time I wore single earring to make the look even more edgy.

As Yellow is the most luminous of all the colors I chose to wear this monochrome striped culottes (to balance the overall look of the outfit) with my super comfortable white slip-ons, which is one of the must-haves of this season. For this outfit, I did not feel the need of any accessory apart from a black framed glasses to give a nerdy look.
